INCLINE CASUALTY PLATFORM
Incline Casualty (formerly Worth Casualty) was acquired in December 2019.

INCLINE P&C SERVICES PLATFORM
Incline P&C Services was organized this year to provide administrative and management services to third parties – MGAs, insurance companies and captive insurance companies. Currently, it serves a Texas domiciled insurance carrier and manages a captive reinsurer based in the Turks & Caicos Islands for an independent MGA.

INCLINE NATIONAL PLATFORM
Incline National (re-branding of Danielson National Insurance Company is currently pending before state regulatory authorities) was acquired in January 2020.

INCLINE CLAIMS PLATFORM
Incline Claims Services, Inc. was organized in Q2 2018 to oversee claims management for selected programs and third party carriers. This division currently contracts to handle the claims associated with private passenger automobile insurance programs of approximately $18M in annual premium.

It first starts with our program space commitment and expertise. With our exclusive focus on the program market and having built and managed over $3.5B of annual program business over the past decade, Incline provides its partners with unmatched experience and expertise.
