Tony Urban is the Chief Underwriting Officer of Incline Insurance Group, LLC and has nearly four decades of reinsurance underwriting experience serving in positions as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Underwriting Officer. Throughout his career, Tony has had a consistent focus on the program business and is intimately familiar with MGAs, Reinsurers, and Reinsurance Brokers who occupy the marketplace. Prior to Incline, he served as CUO and Executive Vice President of Third Point Re USA, led the formation of JRG Re as Chief Executive Officer, took the role of CUO and Head of Operations at Endurance Re USA, and served as Senior Vice President/Chief Marketing Officer of Constitution Re.
