Chris McClellan

President & CEO

Chris McClellan is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Incline Insurance Group, LLC, serving in this role across all Incline subsidiaries and affiliates. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, with expertise spanning operations, legal, regulatory, and strategic growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Incline, Chris served as Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel, and Director for another property and casualty insurance group. He began his career in private legal practice, representing insurance companies, reinsurance companies, MGAs, and other insurance entities in corporate and regulatory matters.

In addition to his industry leadership, Chris has taught risk management and insurance for more than 20 years at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business and serves on the University’s Risk Management Certification Advisory Committee. He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Houston and both a JD and MBA from the University of Texas.

Tony Urban

Chief Development Officer & Chief Underwriting Officer

Tony Urban is the Chief Underwriting Officer and Chief Development Officer of Incline Insurance Group, LLC, bringing nearly four decades of reinsurance underwriting and executive leadership experience. Throughout his career, he has maintained a strong focus on program business and has developed deep relationships across the MGA, reinsurer, and reinsurance brokerage marketplace.

Before joining Incline, Tony held senior leadership roles across the industry, including Chief Underwriting Officer and Executive Vice President of Third Point Re USA, Chief Executive Officer of JRG Re, Chief Underwriting Officer and Head of Operations at Endurance Re USA, Chief Underwriting Officer at AXA Corporate Solutions Reinsurance Company of America, and Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Constitution Re.

At Incline, Tony leads underwriting strategy and business development initiatives that support the company’s continued growth and specialty market expansion.

Lauren Wiedenfeld

Chief Financial Officer

Lauren Wiedenfeld is the Chief Financial Officer of Incline Insurance Group, LLC, bringing more than two decades of financial and operational leadership experience within the insurance industry. She is recognized for her strategic approach to finance, operational efficiency, and team development.

Prior to joining Incline, Lauren served as CFO consultant for a non-standard auto insurance carrier, overseeing finance and accounting operations. She also held several leadership positions at Argo Group International Holdings Ltd., including Head of Accounting Shared Services and US Controller, where she contributed to financial strategy and organizational performance.

In her role at Incline, Lauren oversees the company’s financial operations, performance optimization, and long-term financial strategy while supporting scalable growth across the organization.

Allen Halbrook

Chief Legal Officer

Allen Halbrook is the Chief Legal Officer of Incline Insurance Group, LLC and each of its subsidiaries. While at Incline, in addition to his other duties, Allen has completed anti-money laundering training, obtaining a course certification with distinction in the process. He has more than 25 years of experience representing clients in regulatory, litigation, and related corporate activities.

Before coming to Incline, Allen spent 18 years at one of the premier regulatory law firms in Texas and served as its President for his last seven years there. Allen started his career as a Special Assistant for a U.S. Congressman, becoming the Legislative Director before returning to Texas to practice law. He began his legal career in private practice and has served as the general counsel of a state regulatory agency.

Heather Kahlfeldt

Executive Vice President of Human Resources

Heather Kahlfeldt is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Incline Insurance Group, bringing more than 25 years of experience in human resources, organizational leadership, and strategic talent management across the insurance, healthcare, and consulting industries.

Prior to joining Incline, Heather served as a global HR consultant for leading firms including Aon and Willis Towers Watson, where she partnered with organizations to drive strategic HR initiatives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support business transformation.

At Incline, Heather leads employee engagement, talent development, and people strategy initiatives designed to support organizational growth, strengthen culture, and align talent priorities with business objectives.

Andrew McLennan

Chief Risk Officer

Andrew McLennan is the Chief Risk Officer at Incline Insurance Group, LLC, where he oversees enterprise risk strategy for the company’s expanding specialty insurance platform. With more than twenty years of experience across actuarial science, reinsurance, and risk management, he brings deep expertise in enterprise risk management, capital protection strategy, and organizational governance.

Prior to joining Incline, Andrew spent more than a decade at Sompo International as Senior Vice President and Head of Ceded Retrocession, where he led the company’s global retrocession program and supported the development of its capital protection strategy.

At Incline, Andrew works closely with leadership across the organization to strengthen risk oversight, support strategic decision-making, and advance the company’s long-term risk management objectives.

Brandon Gilbert

Chief Actuary

Brandon Gilbert is the Chief Actuary at Incline Insurance Group, LLC, bringing more than two decades of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. He is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA), and previously served on the American Academy of Actuaries Committee for Property and Liability Financial Reporting (COPLFR).

Before joining Incline, Brandon spent 18 years at Zurich Insurance, where he held a variety of actuarial leadership roles across reserving, pricing, and reinsurance functions in both domestic and international markets. Most recently, he served as Vice President and Actuarial Director, leading the Zurich North America Programs pricing team.

At Incline, Brandon oversees actuarial strategy and supports the company’s underwriting and risk management objectives through data-driven analysis and pricing expertise.

Stephen Radomski

Chief Technology Officer

Stephen Radomski is the Chief Technology Officer of Incline Insurance Group, LLC. Before joining Incline, Stephen served two years as Head of IT Strategy at Generate Capital, a private equity renewable energy startup firm, and spent nearly a decade at Robert Half in various administration roles before obtaining the role of Director of Enterprise Applications and Data Services where he serves on the IT leadership team and reported to the Chief Information Officer.

Prior to his time with Robert Half, he spent five years at Protiviti Independent Risk Consulting focusing on business process management, system integration, and chain of custody for legal forensics. Stephen started his career as a network and systems administrator for Carter’s OshKosh, garnering numerous IT certifications throughout his tenure there.

Scott Galiardo

Chief Underwriting Officer – Commercial & Specialty Lines & Chief Actuary

Scott Galiardo is the Chief Underwriting Officer – Commercial & Specialty Lines & Chief Actuary of Incline Insurance Group, LLC and has four decades of actuarial, insurance, and executive leadership experience. He joins from Sompo International, where he held the role most recently of Ceded Reinsurance Officer.

Previously, he worked within the Fairfax Financial Group of companies including Odyssey Re and Hudson Insurance in various actuarial and ceded reinsurance roles focused on commercial property and casualty business from the reinsurance, insurance and program management perspectives. Scott is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Sheel Patel

Chief Risk & Strategy Officer

Sheel J. Patel is the Chief Risk and Strategy Officer at Incline Insurance Group, LLC, where she leads enterprise risk management, corporate strategy, and long-term planning initiatives. With over 25 years of experience spanning financial management, strategic leadership, and accounting oversight, Sheel brings deep expertise across the financial and insurance service sectors. She previously served as Incline’s CFO for 3.5 years, and held CFO roles at Houston Endowment, a $1.8 billion private philanthropic foundation, Covariance Capital Management, a $2.3 billion investment management startup, and Simmons & Company, an energy-focused investment bank.

She also spent just over a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) delivering assurance and advisory services to both public and private companies across global offices in Silicon Valley, Austin, Houston, and Paris, France.

Her experience blends finance, risk oversight, and strategic transformation, making her a pivotal leader as Incline navigates evolving market dynamics and positions for long-term success.

George Gorney

Chief Operating Officer

George Gorney is the Chief Operating Officer at Incline Insurance Group. George has more than 20 years of experience in Operational and Risk Management and specializes in strategic planning and data management.

George previously served as Chief Information Officer and EVP of Business Operations for US Risk Insurance Group where he led the organization’s IT and strategic planning initiatives for over ten years.
