Carey Womble joined Incline’s Board of Directors earlier this year. Prior to Incline, Carey served as an officer with LegacyTexas Bank -Prosperity Bank where he developed and managed insurance industry lending. Previously, he held the role of officer for more than 13 years at Frost Bank where he also was credited for developing and managing insurance industry lending. Before Frost Bank, Carey served more than a decade at Pima Capital Group, helming operations and spearheading acquisition efforts. Carey began his career at the Texas Department of Insurance where he was an examiner charged with reviewing and approving acquisitions.
