Kent Sullivan recently joined Incline’s Board of Directors. Kent brings more than 35 years of legal experience, including being appointed as the head of Texas Commissioner of Insurance granted by Governor Greg Abbott four years ago to lead the agency’s modernization strategy, recently returning to a role in the private sector. Prior to this role, he served as a Texas Court of Appeals justice for the Texas Fourteenth District Court of Appeals. Kent has also previously served as a state district court judge and first assistant attorney general for the Texas Office of the Attorney General. After leaving the Court of Appeals, Kent joined the Texas Law firm Jackson Walker as a partner where he practiced until receiving the nomination of Texas Commissioner of Insurance.
